For Shipping within India
Shipping charges for the products is charged for every products based on the weight, dimension and may depend upon the location of the customer. Due to the fragile nature of our products, it needs a lot of padding while packaging which adds to the cost of shipping . The exact shipment charges shall be levied on the customers. We make sure that our products reach our customers safely.
At Studio Sira, we take Special care while packing our products with good padding. However if your product reaches you in a tampered or broken condition, please do not accept the product and return it immediately. We will ensure a speedy replacement of the product. However if a product is once accepted, we cannot ensure a replacement or reimbursement due to the fragility of the product.
Most of our orders are dispatched in 3 days after placing the order and delivered within 3-8 days. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays and on public holidays.
While packaging our products, we make sure we re-use things and try our best to reduce the usage of plastics to avoid pollution as much as possible. We use left over sofa sponges, newspapers, shredded papers and hay to pack our products. So here's a tiny note that our packaging will be very safe with a lot of padding but not very beautiful. We also request the customers to either return us the packaging materials or handover it for proper recycling.
For Shipping outside India
Hey there ! We are working on our international shipping. We will be updating it very soon .
Since all our products are custom made, all the order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
If wrong product is sent by our team, we offer a replacement or full refund .
In other cases of return or exchange , customer will bear the expenses of reverse pickup as stated by our delivery company.

Return / Exchange of products is not accepted in the cases mentioned below:

Minor color changes and design variations: All the products made in Studio Sira are handcrafted. Variations are a part of handcrafting process and minor variations in size, color and design are beyond the control of the artisans. Hence we do not accept return, exchange or cancellation of these products.

Refund , Return or exchange requests made after 2 hours of the arrival of package: If you receive your package in a tampered condition with damaged products inside, we request you to immediately check and make a return request within 2 hours of the delivery of the product. Any request made after 2 hours will not be accepted . you can even write to us Here
