How do I place an order for a custom set?
You can get in touch with me Here to place your order. I make 12" , 11" , 10" , 9" Dinner sets, Tea sets, Breakfast set. You can send me the details about your requirement and I will get back to you .
You can also send me reference images however customization according to the images will be limited to just the shapes. Glazes/ Colors customization facility is not available although we can figure out the nearest color from my color palette.
Why are Glazes/ Colors from our reference images not customizable?
Glazes/ Colors are affected by various factors like materials used, water, place, components, etc. The reference images are someone else's work the details of which are not available with us to imitate hence obtaining the exact colors is difficult. You can choose the colors from my palette or give me 3 weeks to develop the nearest colors or color of your choice.
What is the Time required for a custom set?
A dinner set usually takes about 6 to 8 weeks. It also depends on the existing orders queued up. Restaurant orders usually take about 2 to 3 months. It all depends basically on the quantity of the products.
How is Payment of Customised orders made?
I provide a quotation for the order which after acceptance converts to an invoice. I take 40% advance payment and remaining 60% before delivery once the images are sent. The 40% amount once paid is non refundable in cases of order cancellation. I consider only online payments and no cash payments for customized orders.
Can I cancel my customized order?
Pottery is a slow process that needs planning way in prior. When I consider your order, I cancel some on the other side to complete everything in a proper time frame. Hence order cancellations are possible only 4 days post advance payments and a refund will be initiated. Once the advance payment is made and order is cancelled post 4 days of the payment, the advance payment is non refundable.
Why does the process take so much time?
I make all the products by hand. I do not use molds as of now and handcrafting each piece is time consuming and the handcrafting part makes my products look and feel so special. Each piece is handcrafted and it goes through 2 firings of 7 to 12 hours each hence the time.
Even if molds are used the time needed will almost be the same since the drying and firing process will remain the same.
Are the Pieces food safe and microwaveable?
YESS ! Microwave safe, Oven safe and food safe.
What is the Minimum order quantity?
10 Pieces is the MOQ. However if you need 1 or 2 pieces of certain products it will need about 2 months to get ready and shipped.
Do you ship pan India and Internationally?
Pan India Shipping - Yes.

What if my product breaks while shipping?
I pack all the products with utmost care and a lot of padding however if you receive a broken piece you will have to inform me about the breakage details in 24 hours post delivery. I will replace it for you. Sometimes when I do not have a replacement piece, I will need sometime to make the same product again. Any breakage complaint post 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
